Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years patients scheduled to undergo elective laparotomy, undergo epidural anesthesia and analgesia after operation with ASA I-II, BMI < 25kg/m2 and the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who with spinal deformity, coagulation dysfunction, preoperative clinical symptoms or imaging examination showing that the tumors had distant metastasis or drug allergy history, puncture site infection, and taking part in other clinical studies within three months are excluded. And the researchers think that the patient is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
