Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mitral valve surgery; except concomitant aortic valve surgery; 2. Signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant disease and the expectation of life span is less than 1 year; 2. Disable to complete the questionnaire without any assistance.
