Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Selective unilateral hip arthroplasty; (2) ASA classification I-II; (3) Age 45-89 years old; (4) BMI index 18-25 kg/m2; (5) The patients' consent been obtained and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Has a history of alcoholism or drug addiction, long-term opioid users; (2) Patients who are unable to communicate and are unconscious; (3) Severe organic diseases and severe anemia; (4) Hip pain caused by bone tumors, ankylosing spondylitis, congenital dislocation of hip joint, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, gout and other diseases; (5) Intensive care is needed after operation; (6) allergic constitution (especially those allergic to alcohol and adhesive tape); (7) Eczema, ulcer and chilblain ulceration were found in the outer ear.
