Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Warfarin anticoagulant therapy being required; (2) patients willing to learn to use and accept online or offline warfarin management; (3) patients able to take regular monitoring of INR and follow-up; (4) the consent of the patient and the signing of an informed consent certificate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant patients; (2) patients taking or planning to take other oral anticoagulants; (3) patients having experienced therapeutic or sub-therapeutic bleeding complications in the past 6 months; (4) patients with expected impending surgery that needs interrupting warfarin; (5) patients starting or stopping using drugs that have the main interaction with warfarin; (6) patients with severe heart failure (cardiac function NYHA grade = IV).
