Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female adults aged greater than 18 years old; 2. Been diagnosed as moderate to severe heart valve disease; 3. Signed an informed consent; 4. Competent to complete the questionnaire without any assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The dysfunction of the heart valve was induced by the mass in the chamber of the heart and will restore after the remove of the mass; 2. Patients with malignant disease and the expectation of life span is less than 3 months
