Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis by X-ray film as a closed, complete tibial fracture or a new fracture of the tibia; 2. Routine treatment for closed reduction, intramedullary nailing and functional exercise; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Subject agrees and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe trauma complications: such as infection, shock, and important organ damage, affecting early fracture treatment; 2. Patients with pathological fractures; 3. Drugs that may affect bone metabolism have been used within 2 weeks before the start of the trial, for example: animal bone peptide products (including this product), estrogen, calcitonin, parathyroid hormone; 4. Participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of the trial; 5. Use of bisphosphonates within 1 year before the start of the test; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. The investigator believes that it is not suitable for inclusion in this trial.
