Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. interviews were conducted using the DSM-4 structured clinical interview (SCID-I/P, patient edition) tool, and the inpatient treatment met the diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence as defined in the American psychiatric association's diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fourth edition (DSM-4-TR); 2. aged between 18 and 50 years; 3. culture: primary school graduate or above; 4. Han nationality; 5. right handedness; 6. participating in the study and signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Associated with liver, kidney, heart, lungs and other internal organs function failure, malignant tumor, severe infections, visceral active bleeding, severe heart disease, nonalcoholic active hepatitis, AIDS, not cured syphilis, active tuberculosis, systemic autoimmune disease, history of head injury, mental retardation, severe metabolic diseases and other serious diseases.
