Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. serum hCG>5IU/L; 2. complaints of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain; 3. sufficient serum available for progesterone and exmol miRNAs testing; 4. patient aged=18 years; 5. gestational age by last menstrual period(GA)=8 weeks; 6. natural pregnancy; 7. singleton gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. any management before enrollment during this pregnancy; 2. non-tubal ectopic pregnancy; 3. or any evidence of gestational trophoblastic disease; 4. multiple pregnancy.
