Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III,Patients undergoing elective surgery; 2. Elderly patients who aged above 65 years; 3. Patients and their families are willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination confirmed the existence of cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with severe heart disease; 3. Anxiety and other mental disorders; 4. Suffering from head trauma; 5. Patients with apoplexy sequelae, senile dementia, cerebral hemorrhage and other vital organ failure suffer from certain diseases; 6. Drug or other substance abusers who interfere with the assessment of cognitive function; 7. Patients with severe neurological defects, such as aphasia, agnosia, severe hemiplegia and audio-visual impairment; 8. Allen test of left radial artery (+).
