Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Before operation, endoscopic and X-ray barium radiography shall be used to determine the lesion site and fistula diameter. If the fistula diameter is larger than 2.0 cm, the anesthesia risk is high or the operation is difficult, the operation method shall be fully communicated with the patient and his family members before operation, the risks, complications and benefits during and after operation, and the operation shall be carried out after approval and signature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with surgical indications and wishes.
