20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, ASA Class I-II; 2. Aged 20-55 years; 3. BMI 18-24 kg/m2; 4. Liver, kidney and lung function were normal; 5. Hemoglobin >80g/L; 6. Laparoscopic DIE resection was planned.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol and drug addiction; 2. Respiratory and circulatory system and liver and kidney diseases; 3. Long-term use of diazepam; 4. Difficulty of tracheal intubation; 5. With a history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease; 6. Intraoperative severe bleeding requiring blood transfusion; 7. pairs of drug allergic patients such as oxycodone and morphine; 8. Surgery requires removal of other organs such as intestine, bladder or ureter; 9. Conversion to laparotomy.
