Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 30 years; 2. Participants who underwent CCTA under standardized management; 3. Underwent coronary angiography within 6 months after CCTA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); 2. Single coronary artery; 3. Image quality of CCTA do not meet diagnostic requirements: 1) At least 1 segment (AHA 18-segment model) was subjectively rated as 1 (5 point Likert scale, 1=poor image quality); 2) Incomplete scan range of coronary artery or heart; 3) CT number of CCTA in aortic root lower than 300 HU; 4) Excessive image noise in aortic root: SD of CT number>30HU.
