10 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CT and MRI examination confirmed the occurrence of large-area avulsion fractures of lower ligament and anterior cruciate ligament tibial eminence avulsion fracture; 2. Type II and III fractures according to Meyer-Mckeever classification; 3. Aged from 10 to 50 years male and female; 4. Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intolerant of surgery or with infection around the knee; 2. Combined with tibial plateau fractures and posteromedial or posterolateral structural injuries; 3. Knee stiffness after old avulsion fracture.
