Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients with neurogenic detrusor underactivity were recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to btx-a; (2) Patients with bladder stone; (3) Patients with BPH; (4) Acute urinary tract infection.
