Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with early gastric cancer treated with ESD at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 are enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) used proton pump inhibitors, H2 blockers or other mucosal protectants 4 weeks before ESD surgery; (2) severe organ failure, mental disorders, coagulation disorders; (3) no tolerance to endoscopic surgery; (4) during pregnancy or lactation; (5) undergoing anticoagulant therapy; (6) allergic to narcotic drugs, proton pump inhibitor; (7) previous medical history of gastric tumor or gastric surgery.
