Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newborn umbilical cord standards: 1. Healthy newborns; 2. Fresh intact cord blood is not taken; 3. The length is 20-25 cm. Umbilical cord preservation method: Store at a low temperature of 4°C in a sterile PBS solution containing heparin and Penicillin-streptomycin solution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal abnormalities during pregnancy; 2. Newborns have abnormal indicators.
