Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with orthognathic surgery; (2) ASA I-II level; (3) Aged 18-30 years old; (4) BMI in the range of 19-29 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with the operator; (2) There are serious organic diseases (coronary heart disease, bronchial asthma, severe hypertension, severe blood system dysfunction, liver and kidney function, patients with obvious electrolyte abnormalities); (3) II degree and above atrioventricular block, bradycardia (HR < 50 beats / min), hypotension (SBP <90mmHg); (4) History of neurological diseases; history of chronic pain; drug addiction and alcoholism; long-term application of opioids; (5) Patients who are allergic to nalbuphine hydrochloride or components thereof, and patients with allergic history of opioids; (6) Patients with limited gastric emptying and stomach cramps; (7) patients with weakened bowel movements and intestinal obstruction; (8) Clinical trial participants who have participated in other drugs in the past 4 weeks; (9) With other circumstances, the investigator believes that it is not suitable for the selected patients.
