Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. according to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction established by neurology branch of Chinese Medical Association; 2. unilateral cerebral apoplexy; 3. first stroke patients; 4. course of disease (1-5 months); 5. all included patients and their families signed informed consent form; 6. aged 25-70 years; 7. mini-mental state scale score = 24, which can be combined with treatment); 8. dysphagia confirmed by swallowing angiography; 9. International standard visual acuity showed that the binocular visual acuity or corrected visual acuity = 1.0 ~ 10 vital signs were stable and could tolerate the daily treatment dose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-first-onset stroke; (2) other diseases affecting swallowing function (such as neuromuscular junction, cranial neuropathy, muscular disease, digestive system disease, respiratory system disease, oropharyngeal organic disease, esophageal disease, etc.) Mental illness, unilateral spatial neglect, and abnormal visual acuity in ophthalmology.
