Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus and DSPN; 2. Clinical symptoms (pain, numbness, abnormal sensation, etc.); 3. No therapeutic Chinese and Western medicines have been used in the past two weeks; 4. Aged 18 to 70 years; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical and lumbar vertebral diseases (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degeneration), cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome, severe arteriovenous vascular diseases (venous embolism, lymphangitis), drug neurotoxicity, metabolic toxic nerve injury; 2. Asymptomatic DSPN (only abnormal nerve conduction function); 3. Patients with diabetic foot in the middle and late stages; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases and psychosis; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Participants in other clinical trials.
