Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with asymptomatic carotid artery plaque formation, no stenosis or stenosis rate of 50-99%.Detailed records list age, gender, along with basic diseases, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, smoking history and daily smoking, drug use, such as whether to take high blood pressure medicine, blood pressure control, was taken or not and whether regular medication, insulin injections or not, blood sugar control, statin dosage and whether regular use, dosage of aspirin and whether regular use, whether in the short term double resistance to treatment, etc., loss of visitor ruled out.Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with intracranial arteriovenous malformations, intracranial arterial stenosis, occlusion and other cerebrovascular diseases, diseases of the immune system and severe cardiac and renal insufficiency were excluded. Atrial fibrillation, patent foramen ovalis, aortic arch plaques, recent inflammatory diseases and metal foreign body implantation were excluded.Hypercholesterolemia, polycythemia erythrocythemia and other diseases of the blood system and metabolic syndrome were excluded.
