Age
25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) primipara; (2) Single-born natural delivery patients; (3) gestational age = 37 weeks; (4) Head position; (5) ASA I-II level; (6) Aged 25-45 years old; (7) BMI in the range of 19-29 kg/m2; (8) When there is analgesia demand, the cervix expansion is less than 3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Maternal; (2) non-head position; (3) multiple births; (4) When there is analgesia demand, the cervix expansion is greater than 3 cm; (5) Severe medical complications include pre-eclampsia, pregnancy with diabetes, and maternal pregnancy with heart disease; (6) taking opioids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, taken 48 hours before surgery or recently; (7) Clinical trial participants who have participated in other drugs in the past 4 weeks; (8) Patients who are allergic to the study drug hydromorphone; (9) With other circumstances, the investigator believes that it is not suitable for the selected patients.
