Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) From March 2019 to October 2019, 400 patients,underwent colonoscopy in the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. (2) Aged 18 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmias, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage,); (2) Severe pulmonary diseases (acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, attack of bronchial asthma); (3) Severe chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate 707umol/l); (4) Previous history of abdominal surgery; (5) The imaging results of acute abdomen (acute pancreatitis, acute appendicitis, acute cholecystitis, perforation of digestive tract, intestinal obstruction); (6) Suggested that patients with colorectal tumor; (7) Acute intestinal infection, inflammatory bowel disease, toxic megacolon; (8) Diabetes mellitus; (9) Unstable hemodynamics (blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmhg); (10) In pregnant or lactating women; (11) Psychiatric patients; (12) Cirrhotic ascites patients; (13) Refusal to sign informed consent; (14) Failure to cooperate with the examination.
