20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Traumatic ED, IIEF-EF?24?; Aged 20 to 50 years; Married or stable heterosexual relationship; The type of traumatic: Pelvic fracture urethral disrupt, Pelvic surgery (prostate, bladder, rectum), spinal injury or surgery;Organic ED diagnosed by NPTR;Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with previous history of ED; 2) Patients with previous history of diabetes, hypertension or angioneuropathy; 3) Patients with mental illness (depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy) or long-term use of antipsychotic drugs; 4) Patients with poor compliance or are unable to cooperate with follow-up; 5) The researchers believe the patients are unsuitable to participate the trail.
