18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-65 years with BMI >= 30kg/m2 and American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II or III undergoing elective laparoscopic bariatric surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. Liver and kidney disease; 3. Hb < 90g/L; 4. Preoperative severe impairment of respiratory function; 5. Pulmonary hypertension; 6. Subjects has contraindication for butorphanol.
