Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent and signing of informed consent form; 2. Patients meeting diagnostic criteria; 3. Men or women aged 40-75; 4. The course of disease is longer than 3 months; 5. Willingly accept the spinal balance manipulations and tendon and bone guiding training required for cooperation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have participated in or are participating in other clinical researchers in the past 3 months; 2. Those who have failed to receive formal non-surgical therapy for 6 months and whose symptoms have worsened; 3. The muscle strength decreased obviously in a short period of time. The muscle strength was less than Grade III, and the symptoms of cauda equina compression were found. 4. Imaging diagnosis for prolapse of intervertebral disc completely protruding; 5. Those with severe lumbar trauma and lumbar surgery history; 6. Pregnant or pregnant women; 7. Those who have a history of opioid analgesics, sedative hypnotics and alcohol abuse; 8. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system, tuberculosis, vertebral body malformation, malignant tumor and psychosis; 9. Those who do not read or write Chinese.
