Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical record will be included from all patients visiting in 2018 whose doctors work at the hospital for at least 6 months; 2. For the main study, we identified the doctors whose working years are more than 6 months from personnel management unit in primary hospitals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tuberculosis (TB) should be excluded because the treatment options for TB are fixed and standard.
