Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The initial diagnosis aged 12~20 years; 2) Bilateral temporomandibular joint disorders Wilks stage 3 and above; 3) Jaw retraction deformity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women; 2) Those with small protrusions or poor bone quality; 3) The joint plate is not in good shape; 4) Patients with significant bleeding tendency and bloody diseases; 5) Patients with malignant tumors and end-stage diseases.
