Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old male or female; 2. Advanced breast cancer patients with positive her-2 expression confirmed by pathological examination; 3. Patients with locally advanced her-2 positive breast cancer who were not treated with standard neoadjuvant regimens or were not eligible for standard neoadjuvant regimens were judged by the researchers; 4. Voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent; 5. The researchers believe that treatment can be beneficial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has been confirmed to be allergic to pyrotinib and/or its excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with contraindications to pyrotinib were excluded; 4. Not suitable for inclusion according to the researcher.
