Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cirrhotic patients who received TIPS but did not have portal vein thrombosis before TIPS and the follow-up lasted for 1 year or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous TIPS placement or liver transplantation; (2) Using anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs within 3 months prior to TIPS; (3) Platelet count 2; (4) Diagnosied with malignancy; (5) Child-Pugh score > 13; (6) Heart failure; (7) Renal dysfunction; (8) Missing primary outcome during follow-up perio.
