Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with posterior segment congenital hypospadias (penis scrotum, scrotum, perineum type); 2. Patient accepted a failed hypospadias repairment and whose external urethral open locates on the proximal end of the penis root.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with bilateral cryptorchidism or poorly developed scrotum.
