45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracic surgery and undergoing OLV with a double lumen tube during surgery. Between 45-70 years old, ASA grade I-II, BMI index <30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ischemic heart disease, and patients with a history of smoking. Patients with hemoglobin below 10 g/fl, peripheral blood oxygen saturation below 96% when breathing air, and patients expected to have nerve block were also excluded.
