Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From April 2019, the patients, aged 18-80 years, gender is not limited, admitted to Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University and diagnosed as acute coronary syndrome (including unstable angina pectoris, acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction) were performed by coronary angiography and consented to the observational study. Patients were admitted who needed stent implantation after coronary angiography. Informed consent must be signed by the subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating women and women of childbearing age who have no safe contraceptive measures; 2. Patients who do not or cannot be implanted after coronary angiography; 3. Patients with acute coronary syndrome caused by non-coronary artery disease; 4. Mechanically-derived complications such as mitral rupture, papillary muscle rupture, atrial septal defect, free wall rupture, ventricular septal defect, and pericardial tamponade; 5. Patients who cannot follow the observations.
