Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Long-term residence in zhengzhou; 2. Married pregnancy preparation or pregnancy <13 weeks; 3. No previous pregnancy history over 10 weeks; 4. Perinatal health care workers in our hospital as required during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of abdominal surgery; 2. Severe deformity of the feet, lower limbs, chest and spine; 3. History of foot, lower limb, chest, lower back trauma or surgery.
