18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. coronary artery disease was diagnosed by coronary angiography; 3. the coronary artery microvascular resistance index determined by invasive method conforms to the coronary artery microvascular lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) acute myocardial infarction; (2) without effective revascularization treatment for severe coronary artery diseases, such as severe stenosis of the left main trunk and multi-branch lesions; (3) decompensated heart failure (NYHA cardiac function grade 3-4) without good control; (4) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (5) combined with other diseases that may seriously affect prognosis, such as malignant tumors; (6) 12-month clinical, coronary angiography and IMR follow-up were not completed; (7) did not agree to sign the informed consent.
