14 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 14 to 70 years old; (2) Decide to participate in this study(of his or her own will)and sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency, stroke, obvious thoracoabdominal aneurysm or be in a coma; 2. Suspected gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, peritonitis , ascites, severe bloating; 3. Spine deformity; 4. Bleeding disorders (including coagulation disorders); 5. Opioid,alcohol or hypnotic addiction and dependence; 6. Unable to communicate, serious neuropsychiatric diseases or unable to cooperate; 7. Upper gastrointestinal corrosive inflammation; 8. Pregnant women or in the process of breastfeeding; 9. Allergic history of the drugs that would be used; 10. Other situation that they can't participate in this study.
