Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sigmoid colon and rectal cancer were diagnosed by colonoscopy and biopsy before operation; 2. Preoperative imaging showed that the diameter of tumors was less than 4 cm; 3. Carbon nanoparticles suspension was injected the lower edge of the lesions under routine colonoscopy one day prior to operation,Natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES) after laparoscopic colorectal resection (LCRR) is agreed by the patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients could not tolerate operation; 2. Preoperative neoadjuvant radiation or chemoradiation therapy; 3. The patients need emergency operations; 4. Imaging findings suggest that the tumors infiltrate into the periphery or stage IV cancer and stoma creation.
