Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) maximum flow rate (Qmax) 3; (4) international prostate symptoms score (IPSS)>21; (5) medication of a-adrenergic blockers for at least 6 months; (6) bladder trabeculation or diverticulum under cystoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute prostatitis, urethritis, neurogenic bladder and urethral injury have been excluded.
