Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. High malignant obstructive jaundice was confirmed by imaging or pathological examination; 2. The patients had different degrees of scleral yellow staining, pruritus, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting and fever; 3. Classical endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography failed; 4. the patient knew and agreed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients who refused to participate in the study; 2. patients with abnormal platelet or coagulation function; 3. gastric cancer, severe varices of esophageal fundus vein and severe stricture of esophagus; 4. complicated with refractory hypertension, severe diabetes mellitus, severe heart, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 5. patients who could not tolerate endoscopic surgery.
