Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease (2. 5-4 level); 2. Patients who have responded well to levodopa and have maintained serious symptoms that are beyond the control of drug adjustment; 3. Patients with motor fluctuations and / or severe dyskinesia; 4. Patients with normal cognitive ability (without dementia); 5. Patients should have reasonable surgical expectations and good family support; 6. patients who can be programmed by a nerve stimulator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's disease: (patients who do not respond to or do not respond to levodopa; patients with secondary Parkinson's disease or Parkinson's syndrome; patients with poor "open" state); 2. Mattis dementia scale for patients with significant cognitive impairment; 3. A person who cannot be treated for depression or other mental illness; 4. A patient who is unwilling or unable to cooperate with the operation; 5. Patients who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up; 6. Patients in poor overall health; 7. Patients at high risk of neurosurgery (brain injury, severe brain atrophy, coagulation, uncontrollable hypertension); 8. Patients who need diathermy; 9. Contraindication: patients with diabetes, immunosuppressants, implanted pacemakers, patients who need to perform MRI over and over again.
