65 Years to 71 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the AD patients fullfill the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke(NINCDS) and Alzheimer ' s Disease and Related Disorders Association(ADRDA)criteria; 2. MoCA< 26;Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR)= 0.5-1.0; 3. aged 65-85 years old; 4. the patients were diagnosed dysphagia through videofluoroscopy Swallowing Study(VFSS),Functional oral intake scale(FOIS)=4 degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. stroke(ischemia or hemorrhage),traumatic brain injury,radiotheraoy for head and neck cancer,dysphagia from other neural or muscular diseases; 2. With history of psychopathy or neuropathy; 3. lingual atrophy, gustatory diorders; 4. Wernicke aphasia or global aphasia,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)>17,have metal devices or electron device such as heart pacemaker,symptom is unstable,can't finish the test; 5. claustrophobia and refuse to sign informed consent.
