Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-28 years old; 2. A history of at least 1 significant ankle sprain. The initial sprain must have occurred at least 12 months prior to study enrollment; Was associated with inflammatory symptoms (pain, swelling, etc); Created at least 1 interrupted day of desired physical activity; The most recent injury must have occurred more than 3 months prior to study enrollment; 3. A history of the previously injured ankle joint giving way and/or recurrent sprain and/or feelings of instability; 4. CAIT scale score < 24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral ankle instability; 2. Lower limb fracture, surgery, skin diseases, etc.; 3. Diseases of the nervous system and vestibular system; 4. Those who are allergic to the intramuscular patch and the white patch.
