Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cytopathology or histopathology proved squamous cell lung carcinoma; 2. Stage IIIB- IV according to AJCC (7th edition of 2010); 3. Had no previous anticancer drugs treatment, or only received for previous neoadjuvant or postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, which had ended more than 6 months; 4. Measurable target tumor (At least one target tumor lesion according to the RECIST 1.1 standard can be measured by CT or MRI (the long diameter of tumor lesion=10mm); 5. Aged 18 years and above; 6. KPS >=70; 7. Life expectancy of at least 3 months; 8. Adequate hematologic, hepatic,renal, heart and kidney function to accept chemotherapy; 9. Can follow research requirements and follow-up procedures, and clinical data integrity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Second primary tumor unrelated to experimental factors; 2. Death unrelated to the experimental factors during follow-up.
