experimental group:periodontal regenerative surgery combined with minimally invasive ultrasound bone corticotomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years, systemic healthy; 2. Skeletal class III malocclusion with the need of orthodontic and orthognathic treatment; 3. Periodontally healthy, or controlled gingivitis or mild periodontitis; 4. The thickness of labial alveolar bone in upper and lower anterior teeth is less than 0.5mm or the width of labial-lingual base bone in apical region of lower anterior teeth is less than the width of root by cone-beam CT imaging observation; 5. Clinical examination showed that the root appearance of upper and lower anterior teeth is obviously exposed, and the root protrusion could be palpable; 6. Agreement in participating in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Systemic disease or tumors; 3. Acute inflammation of oral cavity and maxillofacial region; 4. Smoking addicts (>10 cigarettes per day); 5. Patients with moderate to severe periodontitis or uncontrolled gingivitis or mild periodontitis; 6. Cleft lip and palate or maxillofacial abnormalities; 7. Patients with mental illness or other reasons who cannot cooperate with the treatment.
