Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) first onset, which met the diagnostic criteria of stroke at the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995, and was confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; (2) general condition and vital signs were stable, and the level of consciousness was normal; (3) Aged 30 to 85 years old; (4) Brunnstrom stage of affected upper limbs was I-IV (Brunnstrom stage: stage I delayed, stage II spasm, stage III). Joint movement, partial separation movement in stage IV, separation movement in stage V and normal phase VI; _within 6 months of onset; _unilateral lesions indicated by CT or MRI; _patients volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe organ dysfunction (such as heart, lung, liver and kidney) should not undergo rehabilitation training; (2) patients with reversible stroke; (3) patients with severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 23; (4) patients with a history of mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the training; (5) deaf and mute people; (6) patients who cannot receive treatment and regular follow-up in designated hospitals on time; (7) implantation of cardiac pacemaker _The upper limb motor dysfunction caused by other reasons.
