Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Refractive error Mirror: -1.00~-6.00DS Cylindrical: 0 ~ -1.5DC; 2. History of optician: people who have no previous experience of Orthokeratology are included, and who have worn contact lens usually are excluded; 3. Vision: The BCVA=0.8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye health: people who have keratitis, keratoconus, corneal dystrophy, glaucoma and other history of eye diseases or previous history of ocular surgery are excluded; 2. General health status: Patients with diabetes, myasthenia gravis, leprosy and who taking antihistamines, antidepressants, diuretics and corticosteroids are excluded.
