Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-70 years; 2. Patients diagnosed as renal calculi by KUB, ultrasound of urinary system or abdominal CT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known factors that may promote the formation of kidney stones: (1) Infectious stones: history of urinary tract infection and used antibiotics within one year; (2) Abnormality of the urinary system: such as UPJO, dilated hydronephrosis of the renal collection system, stricture of the ureter, isolated kidney, repeated kidney, Horseshoe kidney, medullary sponge kidney, polycystic kidney disease (PKD), calyceal diverticulum, ureteral hernia, bladder and ureteral reflux; (3) Metabolic diseases: such as hyperuricemia, homocysteinemia and renal tubular acidosis; (4) Endocrine diseases: such as osteoporosis, thyroid diseases (hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism); (5) Long-term use of drugs easy to cause kidney stones: such as aminophenetridine, HIV drugs (indenavir), magnesium silicate, sulfonamides, acetazolamide, vitamin C, vitamin D, corticosteroids; (6) Long-term use of drugs affecting urine electrolytes: diuretics (loop diuretics, thiazide), citrate; 2. Known factors that may affect intestinal flora: (1) Antibiotics or immunosuppressants were used within 3 months before fecal sampling; (2) Diseases of the digestive system: such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), digestive tract infection, and tumors of the digestive system; (3) History of intestinal surgery: such as subtotal intestinal resection; (4) Autoimmune diseases; (5) History of diarrhea or constipation within 1 month.
