Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with liver failure; 2. Aged 4 months to 17 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to G-CSF; 2. Malignant tumors or serious diseases of the blood system; 3. Definite uncontrolled bacterial infection; 4. Patients with other serious systemic diseases and mental diseases; 5. Recent or current participants in other clinical trials; 6. Children preparing for liver transplantation.
