Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (> 65 years old,=85 years old) undergoing non-cardiac, non-neurological surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the study; 2. Preoperative communication disorder due to coma, severe dementia, hearing or speech disorder; 3. Neuropsychiatric diseases requiring treatment such as major depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease; 4. Preoperative coma and delirium; 5. Alcohol and drug addicted; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction: Liver function Child-pugh class C, renal dysfunction requiring dialysis before surgery; 7. Severe heart diseases such as myocardial infarction, unstable angina, chronic heart failure (NYHA class III and IV), preoperative left ventricular systolic function <30%; 8. The ASA rating is higher than III.
