5 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Endocrinologists have already seen patients and have ruled out secondary obesity; 2) Aged 5 to 18 years; 3) BMI Z value is greater than or equal to 2 or BMI Z value is greater than or equal to 1 and metabolic syndrome occurs; 4) Age-appropriate cognitive and behavioral abilities; 5) Parent/guardian promises to participate in a three-month nutrition management plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Heart, lung, kidney, liver or gastrointestinal diseases (pancreatitis, cholelithiasis, inflammatory bowel disease); 2) Metabolic syndrome has been treated with drugs; 3) Participate in other weight loss interventions within 3 months; 4) Chronic infection; 5) Behavior or psychological barriers; unstable mental illness; 6) Chronic or intermittent use of corticosteroids.
