Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. has or had been diagnosed as heroin use disorder; 2. has undergone detoxification, and has been transfered to and maintained on Buprenorphine for at least one months; 3. has valid contact information and consent to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who begin treatment procedure after 2017-01-01
